Making Withdrawals:

Withdrawal requests are conducted within the Casino Cashier and are considered "pending" until the casino commences processing. The pending withdrawal period varies from 1-4 days, during which time you can reverse the request. Withdrawal processing times vary according to payment method & VIP Level, ranging from 1-2 days for overnight express; 5-7 days for NETeller and PrePaid ATM; 10 days for wire transfer; and up to three weeks for regular mail. Refunds to credit cards typically take 8-12 days. There are no charges for withdrawals of any kind except for overnight express certified checks. All withdrawals requests over $200 must include a completed Verification Form to begin the authorization process.

Withdrawal Options:

NETELLER

All NETeller withdrawals are FREE of charge. There is no minimum withdrawal amount. The Maximum withdrawal transaction is $2,500 however; more than one transfer request is allowed. Withdrawals can be sent back to your NETeller account only if you've already made a deposit by NETeller and can take up to 36 hours to authorize.

WIRE TRANSFER

All wire transfer withdrawals over $50 are FREE. There are no minimum or maximum withdrawal amounts however; withdrawals under $50 are subject to an additional surcharge. It may take up to 24 hours for your withdrawal to be authorized, within that time you may reverse the withdrawal and deposit funds back into your casino account.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

For checks over $800 overnight delivery is FREE. If the check amount is under $800 the following rush delivery charges apply:

$25 for checks sent to the US/Canada/South and Central America

$30 to Europe and Africa

$40 to the Asia-Pacific region

It will take from one to three days to receive your check depending on where you live. The overnight fee will be deducted from your winnings. If your winnings don't reach the check printing fee plus the overnight delivery fee it will automatically be sent by AIR-MAIL.

REGULAR MAIL

Sending your winnings by regular mail is FREE. Delivery takes 3-14 days depending on the postal service in your country. If you don't request overnight delivery, your check is mailed by regular mail.
