Description and Objective:

Aces and Eights Video Poker is a game of draw poker. The player is dealt five cards from the dealer. The player then chooses which of the cards to keep or “hold”. Then discards the remaining cards for new ones by pressing deal. The final 5 card hand is determined a winning hand if the player has a pair of Jacks or better. Playing more coins increases the payouts on winning hands. There is a special payline in the paytable for 5 different 4 of a kinds.

Hands are graded based on the machines pay table. The cards are dealt from a single deck and are re-shuffled after each hand is completed. The player has the option to discard up to five cards and draw 5 new cards to determine the final hand.

Hands are ranked in the following order: pair of jacks or higher, 2 pair, 3 of a kind, Straight, Flush, Full House, 5 different types of 4 of a kind, Straight Flush, and Royal Flush.

Special payline in the pay table for 4 Aces, eights, or sevens.

Each 1-hand Video Poker game can be played for $.05, $.25, $.50, $1.00 or $5.00 and you may play from 1 to 5 coins per hand. Depending on the amount of coins played, the game will highlight the payout column in order for there to be no confusion as to how much you are playing for on any particular game.

Multi-Hand Video Poker (3 or more hands) can be played for $.01, $.05, $.25, $.50 or $1.00 and you may play from 1 to 5 coins per hand. In addition, players can choose from 3 hands, 10 hands, 52 hands or 100 hands. If you are playing a game that consists of 3 or more hands, you can click on the Paytable button to view the payout table and the proper column will be highlighted based on the amount of coins played.
